case #221



How I solved the case:
The scheme: all five colours used
The evidence: triangles, circles, different coloured letter stickers, enamel dots, leaves
The testimony: inspirational word life


This photo was taken at the final stage of the 2015 Tour Down Under. It was a great day. Being a street circuit of about 4.5km long, we got to see the cyclists go past about every 6 minutes. This was also a little bittersweet; it was the last time Cadell Evans was to race in Adelaide before his retirement.

    Carolyn, I love how you went for a dark background paper. The challenge colours in the cardstock, the flowers, and the letter stickers, really stand out against it. I love the masking you did at the bottom of the page. It really creates a neat effect. Love the little metal cogs. They are perfect for the bicycle theme of your layout. Well done. TFS ☺

    Your dark background makes for a wow page. The stenciling really pops out to reflect the fun of your day! Great embellishments also. Thanks for sharing at CSI!
