CSI Case #240
So Lovely
How I solved the case:
The scheme: pale pink - texture paste; pale turquoise blue - photo matt; scarlet - photo matt, small heart; black - texture paste, hexagon die cuts, white - texture paste, flowers.
The evidence: stripes, fruit (pineapple washi tape), flowers, texture paste, hearts, stars.
The testimony: inspirational word 'Lovely'.
Thank you so much to Debbi and the CSI team for two more fun challenges, and a huge thank you to all the wonderful CSI challenge sponsors. XXX
Wow, great layout, it is so different to what could have been all shabby chic. Great take on the challenge. Thanks for joining us at CSI Carolyn.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sandra.
DeleteHow pretty, Carolyn! Love the masking/texture paste work, especially how the right-hand corner looks like overhanging tree branches. I also love the all white flower cluster. And, way to sneak in the challenge colours with those layers of cardstock behind the sweet photo. Really well done. TFS with us at CSI.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for all your wonderful comments.
DeleteI really love this. It is so different but beautiful. I love the dark colors and the texture and the leaves. There is really a lot going on but it all draws your eye right to the photo and its so cohesive. Thanks so much for sharing your talent with us.
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful animals. Love the background work, and the torn edges give your page a great organic look that goes with those leafy elements in the background.
